Elements of Art & Principles of Design

   

In this project we took photos around the school that display the elements of art and principles of design. Each photo focuses on that individual aspect and the photographer should be able to capture the differences between each principle and element. The difference between elements and principles is that the elements are the specific aspects of the artwork (building blocks) and principles are how it is taken or organized. From doing this project, I now know what aspects of a photo can capture the interest of the viewer, and what makes each photo a piece of art. 

My Summer

This summer I visited my godparents in Houston, Texas. The parents of the family are from Venezuela, so everyone spoke spanish at home. One of the days their family and I visited their son in Austin and canoed on the river and toured the city.
