I like these videos because the sound brings the bizarre videos to life. Everyday objects are used with different meanings, but through doing that it brings the other elements to life.

Project 10- Portrait Photography

Fine Art Portrait:

This photo is fine art because it is under the influence of the artist. A product isn't being sold, but rather the photo serves the purpose of portraying a message. This photo shows that not everything is as it seems. It shows that while some appear as calm and collected, they feel chaos and stress on the inside. 

This photo serves as a fine art portrait because the lighting, color, and expression is controlled by the photographer to portray a mysterious and "evil-like" mood. 

Commercial Portrait:

This may be a more creative approach, but the intent is to sell the shoes. The edits draws the focus of the viewer. Also the natural daylight makes the scene more attractive to the viewer. A target audience is created by having the model be younger. 

This could be commercial because it is as if a family hired a photographer to shoot photos, so they would control what is seen. 

This is commercial because it would be controlled by the athlete. The intent would be to show her as a softball player. There isn't too much creative control, it is simply to show the player's sport and athleticism.
